What do you need to achieve your self esteem? How many prizes, how many buys or experiences are necessary to feel you are meaningful, worthy and appreciated?

Since we are very young we are being told that we are not okay, it is not okay to be loud, it is not okay to play too much, it is not okay to day dream and it is not ok to listen to your instincts. We learn to be afraid of who we truly are and in return we end up in a pandemic of ¨not enoughness¨. We keep filling this gap with shopping, dinners and successful careers, and though these things make an impact, they do not seem to truly fulfil us but rather exhaust us in this never ending reach for realisation.

In this program you will reactivate your self from an emotional, mental and energetic point of view. You will learn how to arrive at your destination. You will be able to feel your self-worth without making any effort and without needing to become someone else. The sense of ¨I am innately good, I am enough and I am here¨ will be reactivated in the body and heart. You will be able to express yourself with relaxed confidence from a place of self trust and self appreciation.

how does Confidence Coaching Work?

We will agree on the specific purpose and desired outcomes from your journey before we begin. During the program I will help you expand your ability to see your truth with methods such as:

  • Deep focused conversations;

  • Self inquiry and mindfulness techniques;

  • Activating the healing of the relationship with the father;

  • Activating and reconnecting your body wisdom and healing;

  • Psychology of energy;

  • Psychology of awakening;

  • Guided meditation practice intuitively lead for your journey.

This is a 12 week journey where we meet once a week for a 90´ sessions. You will be supported in between the sessions with individualised meditation practice and breathing techniques to help you move deeper into your transformation.

The price of the program for one on one sessions and support for 12 weeks is €1.900. Instalments are available.
