What happens During the Healing chronic pain Journey?

  • Tematic teachings and assisted self inquiry sessions. You will connect deeper with the strength and healing power of your body, increase the sense of belonging and being supported through your journey.

  • Experience practices meant to increase your connection to your body, enable deeper tissue relaxation and create emotional healing such as: increasing felt sense, emotional and energetic meditations, self-inquiry, movement, breath and voice techniques.

  • Accountability & structure, to monitor your pain on a daily basis, and get customized support right when you need it the most (up to 60 minutes a week).

  • Meditative, Physical, Emotional Healing and Somatic Experiencing Techniques to make you go from “ouch” to “wow” in a matter of minutes.

  • Deepen the awareness and the impact of the practices.

Hi, my name is Cristina

A seeker at heart, a psychologist by degree, an ex-corporate marketeer and a rebel by nature, I walk my journey to reunite with the authenticity of my soul. Through my own journey and the work that I do, I find creative ways to move through all the perceptions and illusions that stay in between all prevailing love that we all are.

I have healed my own back chronic pain after more that 35 years of unspecific chronic pain. My passion for this program comes from my own lifetime personal breakthrough and a cumulation of many transformational modalities that I studied.

I am a Holistic Counsellor, Certified Transformational Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Craniosacral Therapist, and a registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500). I am currently running holistic programs and sessions online and in person in Mallorca.

  1. Has your Pain or Disorder lasted over (6) weeks?

  2. Has your current physician ruled out any rare or life-threatening condition such as  infection, tissue disease, cancer?
