11 dayS AYUAHASCA DIETA

I am just returning from 11 days silent Ayuahasca diet. It has been a profound human and mystical experience. For the first time, I have learned to go through an Ayahuasca ceremony being fully awake and embracing all that it brings with open eyes and grounded presence. In other words, face fully what that this mind can open up too.

In this retreat, I have learned what it means to experience death, what it is to hold your demons and angels in one single present moment experience and what it is to be Human and God in the same time. Death is not such a scary moment as we are all raised up to believe. But about this another time.

Since we all share the human dharma in our own ways,

I feel inspired to write about the remembrance of our human spirit in purity.

We need a pure human spirit so we can truly open to our ultimate purpose and authentic life. We need a pure human spirit so we can connect with our natural balance and seamless perfect flow in life.

Why have we lost the connection with our essence?!

All that we hear, see, try to understand, relate to, aspire to, desire, chose to accept and truth or as being ok, define how we live. When we live buried under the world of media, radio, tv, social media, internet, schools, any higher education, politics, leaders, philosophers, writers and any other source of emitting opinions, directions or rules - we are consciously accepting a form of manipulation. We are agreeing and adopting a specific state of form and essence that defines our existence. While I have enormous respect for all culture creators and positive education, and I enjoy humanity has produced so much beauty and grace through history... But let’s not forget that in the end, this is someone’s view or someone’s expression of life. None of them is the absolute truth. This is not the only way life can be lived.

This is not the only way society can be organised.

This is not the only way love can be received, expressed and celebrated.

In this storm of opinions covering our days,

it is tough to maintain our centre and stay connected to our own authentic truth.

Things can appear that they resonate, they can seem like this is precisely what we need, and they can look like the noblest thing we can do for ourselves and others... but as long as it comes from outside of someone's self, it is not authentically part of that self.

One fundamental truth that we keep forgetting in our daily life is that

we experience a body.

We forget that

we experience breath.

We can get so absorbed in the outer storm of responsibilities from the roles we have consciously placed on our hearts that we find it even ridiculous to live in the body... or to live in the breath. There are far more essential things to take care, someone can say.

And this is precisely how one can cut themselves off from their pure human nature.

Attending the exterior, taking on roles and identities that come with society and role models.

We look for beauty to be loved and appreciated.

When we learned to listen, we can embrace our own parts that need love and appreciation. When we learn self-compassion, we do not need role models anymore. We only need guides that can show us deeper routes within ourselves. And this is freedom. This is holding our own truth and our own healing.

If the blood test turned out fine, it probably means one can keep overworking, smoking and drinking several more years at least. Maybe all their life. But if one could actually listen to the lungs, or feel how the liver is working, he/she would know their state of health a lot better. And you would understand your health from a physical, emotional, relational and social point of view. You would probably not need a doctor for the rest of your life. You would know how to regulate your emotions and your own balance of life. And it does not take 11 days of silent retreat to be able to feel your body like that.

Simple juice fasting done with some knowledge or some Himalayan Kriya Yoga sessions can help to connect with the body profoundly.

Feeling is part of our pure human essence.

This is such a beautiful gift and tremendous power that we can all tap into and find our own authenticity.

Holding respect and compassion for the body is probably the first step into learning to truly respect ourselves.

Every time we chose not to listen to our bodies and go against its needs, we deny our real life. We deny innate sources of joy and satisfaction.

When we can open up to feeling our body, the process of healing becomes obvious for everyone.

There is no need for psychic readers, blood tests or life coaches to tell you what you need. Your body holds that truth.

When we can let go any form of truth, when we can let go of anything that we thought it is right or wrong, when we can let go of any path or rules of life, when we can

just be open to listen to our own truth is when we can reconnect with our human essence.

I feel our human essence as seamless simplicity, spontaneously responding in innate connection to the nature’s rhythm.

Being human holds tremendous wisdom and power.

Being able to surrender in compassion and listen within, trust within, be within we become the healers and intuitive creators of our own life.

Being purely human comes with endless freedom and building a backbone of self-acceptance and courage.

It has no shape, it has no form, it is essential part of nature, the same way the animals and the trees are growing harmoniously. The three doesn't know it has to grow roots and branches and leaves. The seed knows it is a seed of something and it germinates in that essence, the Earth nourishes it, and it gradually receives more and more insight about what it is when the roots and the first leaves start to grow. And staying in that essence helps it replicate and express in more and more ways.

We do know what we are until we are revealing it purely, unaltered from our nature. We only know it after we have done it.

In the meantime, we listen inside, accept, heal, absorb, express and grow in our authenticity.

It takes great courage to trust one’s, true heart.

It is not always in conformity with what we believe is right for us or with what we are meant to live. The power to trust the inner spark entirely is a blessing. And this power is also part of the pure human spirit which we choose to bury under…? you name it.

I feel enormous gratitude for the strength and wisdom that we hold in our souls, and I wish for everyone to connect with this powerful source of authenticity. I want to we can all access our innate knowing and wholeness at least once in a while.

This pure human spirit is our greatest teacher.

It is this source of purity that guides us through any difficulty or blockage. It is a source that leads us to the places, healers and teachers ready to show us the lessons for our next stages.

I can see people around me, touching this pure human essence, I see their lives changing most harmoniously. I see the lives of their dear ones changing as they bring our the long waited for love and compassion, healing of relationships, healing and opening of hearts.

The human spirit has tremendous power if we only chose to listen, to honour and trust that there is a way for everyone.

I dedicate most of my time helping people who suffer of burnout, low mental and physical energy to reconnect with their human spirit and find their authentic power and deep intuition.  If this resonated with you, you can join my mailing list to stay updated with more insights, stories of recovery, classes and programs:
